FREE OF CHARGE.

Classes will meet once a week for one hour.

One-on-one counseling is available by appointment only.

These classes are designed to help you:

  • Create a quit plan
  • Understand basic tobacco facts
  • Find a quitting method that fits your needs
  • Form Talking Circles to learn why you began smoking
  • Identify triggers that increase the risk of a relapse
  • Learn relaxation techniques and coping strategies
  • Build a personal support network
